Summer Fun for the Kids: Free Movies

This summer will be full of cinematic fun for parents, children and babies, too!

For free family fun, bring blankets and snacks to watch movies outdoors. Fourth Fridays in Safety Harbor at the Gazebo. Third Saturdays at the Pier in St. Petersburg. The Dunedin Fine Arts Center will show flicks on Second Sundays that are free to members, followed by a kid's activity.

For cool escape with the little ones that is easy on the pocketbook, The Cobb Theater in Wesley Chapel will show free kids movies this summer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. Groups are welcome. See the schedule.

We don't want to leave out the moms with babies! Pack up the bambino and get some needed time out of the house together. Enjoy a morning of pampering, a movie and some lunch at Cinebistro at Cobb Theater on scheduled Mondays at 10 a.m., starting June 22.
